By creating a Club Khata account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Club Khata is a live digital register for snooker clubs — tracking tables, frames, players, and revenue in place of a paper register. It's a record-keeping tool; you're responsible for the accuracy of what you and your staff enter.

You need a Gmail address to sign up, and each account is tied to one club. Keep your login details secure — you're responsible for activity under your account, including anything staff you give access to do with it.

Club Khata is a one-time purchase — no recurring subscription. Pricing is arranged directly with us (contact [email protected] or WhatsApp). After payment, you upload proof of payment in the app; we verify it manually and activate your account. We may decline to activate an account if payment can't be verified.

The tables, frames, players, and records you enter belong to you — Club Khata is a tool for keeping them, not a claim on your business data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

Use Club Khata for your own snooker club's records. Don't try to access another club's data, resell or share your account access, or use the service for anything illegal.

We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms. You can request your account be closed and your data deleted at any time by contacting support.

We aim to keep Club Khata available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted uptime. We're not liable for losses caused by outages or downtime beyond our reasonable control.

Club Khata is provided as a record-keeping tool. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date below. Continuing to use Club Khata after a change means you accept the updated terms.
