Club Khata is a digital register for snooker clubs, operated from Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect when you use clubkhata.com, why we collect it, and how it's protected. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp.

• Your Gmail address, used to create and sign in to your account.
• Your password, if you set one — stored as a salted cryptographic hash. We never store or have access to your actual password.
• Your club's name, location, and the rates you set for your tables.
• The operational data you or your staff enter while using the app — tables, frames, players' first names, and payment records for your club.
• Payment receipt files (images or PDFs) you upload to prove a payment, so we can verify it and activate your account.

To run your account and your club's live register, to verify payment and activate your access, to send essential emails (email verification, password reset, account notices), and to fix problems when something goes wrong. We don't use your data for anything beyond operating the service.

Receipts you upload are reviewed manually by Club Khata's admin — a real person checking that a payment was actually made — never shared with anyone else, and never used for any purpose beyond that verification. You can ask us to delete a receipt once your account is active and it's no longer needed by contacting support.

We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It's required for the app to work and isn't used for advertising or tracking you across other websites.

We use Google Analytics and Ahrefs Analytics to understand overall site traffic — which pages get visited, roughly how many people visit. This is aggregate traffic data, not tied to your club's operational data.

We rely on a small number of service providers to run Club Khata: Cloudflare (hosting, our database, and file storage), Resend (sending account emails), and Google (sign-in and analytics, if you use them). Each only processes what's needed to provide their part of the service — we don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

We keep your account and club data for as long as your account is active. If you want your account and all of your club's data permanently deleted, contact support — deletion removes everything: your tables, frames, players, payment records, and uploaded receipts.

You can ask us at any time to see what data we hold about your account, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it entirely. Reach out to [email protected] for any of this.

Passwords are never stored in plain text. Every club's data is kept completely isolated — one club's account can never see another club's tables, players, or records.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date below. Continuing to use Club Khata after a change means you accept the updated policy.
